Tim Jones Maple Walk Award
The Tim Jones Maple Walk Award provides a fully funded or subsidised place for a child joining Maple Walk School in Year 3. This bursary award is supported by the New Model School Foundation.
The award will cover up to 100% of the school fees for a child who would otherwise be unable to attend and is currently attending a state school in Year 2.
Selection is based on the candidate’s current school report, a taster day at the school, which includes some assessments (no advance preparation is needed), and a school reference. Short-listed candidates are invited back with their parent(s) for an interview.
We look for candidates whose parents would not otherwise be able to afford an independent education and who would benefit from Maple Walk’s offer.

The New Model School company was started twenty years ago with the aim of offering excellent affordable education, with the launch of the New Model School Foundation this year, The Tim Jones’ Maple Walk Award will give an opportunity for a child to join Maple Walk with a fully funded place. This continues the original vision of the New Model School Company to broaden the reach of an excellent education to as many children as possible.

The best way to see the school in action is to book onto an open morning. These events last approximately an hour – you will have an opportunity to meet the Head and have a tour of the school led by the Year Six pupils. We look forward to welcoming you to Maple Walk soon.
