To register your child for entry to Maple Walk school, please complete and sign the form below. Details of how to make the associated £150 registration fee payment are given at the bottom of the page.

Each application is considered individually and decisions will be made in the best interests of each child. We wish to create a caring, family atmosphere in which teaching and learning can take place in a safe and happy environment. The school may not able to cater for children who have specific behavioural needs which require tailored support outside of the provision available.
